Examples

To create a GoPanel account "gopanel.org" from the command line (SSH)
$ /go/create -d gopanel.org

To create a GoPanel account "gopanel.org" with Usernane "gopanel"
$ /go/create -d gopanel.org -u gpaneel

To create a GoPanel account "gopanel.org" with Usernane "gopanel" and Password "mypassword"
$ /go/create -d gopanel.org -u gpaneel -p -mypassword
